Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final. Special exceptions may be made for illness or injury. Please contact the box office for more information.

Exchanges can be made by email (office@parkwayplayhouse.com) or phone (828-682-4285) at least 1 hour prior to the performance.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Parkway Playhouse). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
